Accessories for HVAC systems

Basic accessories

Expansion joints

Rectangular model

Expansion joints are employed for isolating structure-borne sound and for expansion compensation in ventilators, air conditioner air ducts, and for connections to fire shutters. A fabric suitable for the area of application is force fitted directly into the air duct profiles by means of pressure insertion. The corner joints are sealed additionally.

Expansion joints

Round model

Round fabric fittings are employed for flexible pipe connections, for example, folded spiral-seam pipes for isolating structure-borne sound, for expansion compensation in ventilators, air conditioners and all round connections to fire shutters.

Flexible duct connectors

The flexible duct connectors (ELAV) are composed of coated fibre strips, which are bound into galvanized sheet steel by means of a special clinching procedure.

Flexible strips

Elastic stripes (ELAS) without sheet steel fringing can be manufactured to any width required.

Flexible air ducts

Aluminium – stretchable piping and highly-flexible aluminium hoses are high robust air pipes with high temperature and fire resilience. For all low, medium and high-pressure ventilation and air conditioning systems.  Depending on the model, the ducts may be suitable for heat and sound absorption.

Damper controls

Damper controls are employed for regulating the airflow in the ventilation systems. The simple but effective construction allows the damper controls to be employed universally with both round and rectangular air ducts as well as multi blade dampers and damper flaps.

Attachments for damper controls

Access doors are employed for the air-tight sealing of inspection openings, both for air ducts as well as for air pipes. Drain fittings are for monitoring and inspecting the ventilation system.

Access doors and Drain fittings

Access doors are employed for the air-tight sealing of inspection openings, both for air ducts as well as for air pipes. Drain fittings are for monitoring and inspecting the ventilation system.

Sealing bands and sealing tapes

Sealing bands and sealing tapes are characterised by their fine-pored and closed-cell structure. They are chemically neutral and almost completely resistant to rotting. They are used to seal off gaps, insulate metal surfaces and to prevent cold and heat bridges.

Sealing bands/sealing compounds

Caulking strips and sealing compounds are, in particular, used to connection joining points and to prevent condensation water from forming (for example, the connection of air ducts, shaped parts, aluminium-clad insulants).

Air valves

Ventilation or poppet valves with airflow regulation adjusters allow the stepless regulation of supplied air and exhaust air. They are particularly suitable for fitting into sanitary systems. The removable central component and the flat surface allow easy cleaning.

Air duct profiles and corner pieces

Air duct profiles are manufactured by means of a cold shaping procedure. The special shaping means additional sealing of the profiles is generally not required. Depending on the area of application, such as in air duct construction or manufacturing of fabric fittings, there are a range of corner pieces joints available.

Do-it-yourself construction set for multi blade dampers and protective grating

The do-it-yourself construction sets allow the easy construction of multi blade dampers and protective gratings of various dimensions with very little stock holding. Multi blade dampers and protective gratings can, of course, be delivered fully assembled.

Accessories for insulation

Special stamped, bent and moulded parts offer optimal, individual and practical solutions for the various requirements of the insulation industry.

Identification according to DIN

A clear identification of the pipelines according to the fluid conveyed is necessary in interest of safety, correct repair and effective fire-fighting. It should point out dangers in order to avoid accidents and damage to health.
